Duty First Consulting (DFC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Strategic Planning and Management (OSPM) to provide strategy and management consulting services to assist with the implementation of the Department’s 2014-2018 Strategic Plan.

The activities that DFC will support under this BPA by issuance of task orders are:

• Strategic Partnering and Management Services – Assist HUD in defining key initiatives in an effort to significantly transform the way HUD does business; to successfully leverage resources; and improve HUD’s ability to be effective at the community level.
• Program Management Support – Provide management and oversight of DFC’s performance under the individually awarded task orders.
• Business Process Re-engineering – Perform a Business Process Re-engineering analysis considering cross-functional and intra-/inter-department process flows.
• Disaster Response and Recovery Planning and Management Services – Provide Disaster Response and Recovery Planning and Management Services that address asset inventory and management, asset recovery, communications planning, and tools and techniques that will engage HUD’s field offices and Headquarters staff in an effort to effectively maintain and sustain long-term recovery efforts.
• Organizational Change Management – Develop and/or provide consulting support to define; 1) a change management plan; and 2) control processes and monitoring techniques for the entire life-cycle of individual projects.
• Implementation Planning – Provide consulting services to develop implementation project plans.
• Transition – Provide Transition-in and Transition-out plans.
• Training – Provide briefings of key HUD personnel on any proprietary data that is developed for the Department to ensure that key personnel have a sufficient understanding of the data and the usage thereof.
